By accessing and using Autom8 Solutions' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Autom8 Solutions provides AI automation services including but not limited to:

• Automated cold outreach systems
• Content automation engines
• Proposal and onboarding automation
• Virtual AI phone assistants
• Invoice and reputation automation
• Custom AI solution development

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Provide necessary data and access for automation development

Payment terms for our services:

• Project fees are outlined in individual service agreements
• Payment schedules vary based on project scope and duration
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

Intellectual property rights are governed as follows:

• You retain ownership of your business data and processes
• Autom8 Solutions retains rights to our proprietary methodologies and frameworks
• Custom automation solutions developed for you become your property upon full payment
• We may use anonymized data for improving our services
• Third-party integrations are subject to their respective terms

We are committed to protecting your confidential information:

• All client data is treated as confidential
• We implement strict access controls and security measures
• Non-disclosure agreements may be executed for sensitive projects
• We do not share client information without explicit consent

We strive to provide reliable services, however:

• Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance
• We are not liable for downtime of third-party integrations
• Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice
• Service level agreements are outlined in individual contracts

Our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services
• We are not responsible for data loss due to client actions
• Force majeure events are excluded from liability

This agreement may be terminated:

• By either party with written notice as specified in service agreements
• Immediately for breach of terms
• Upon completion of contracted services
• Data return procedures are outlined in individual contracts

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Autom8 Solutions operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
